We have six letting rooms at THE FIRS and all are furnished and decorated to a high standard and offer comfortable beds, colour TV'S , radio alarm clocks and beverage trays.

Rooms 1 to 3 are on the 1st floor and comprise:

  • Room 1 - Large bright Double en suite newly decorated overlooking the side garden.
  • Room 2 - Spacious en suite Family room overlooking the front garden.
  • Room 3 - Well appointed Single room with garden views.

Rooms 4 to 6 are second floor rooms

  • Room 4 - Large Family en suite affectionately known as 'The Heron Room' overlooking the nests in the fir trees in the side garden.
  • Room 5 - Small comfortable Single room with shower and toilet facilities adjacent.
  • Room 6 - Twin room with views toward the Skerries.

We offer a choice of traditional, vegetarian or continental breakfast including eggs from our free range hens when available. We will always endeavour to cater for special dietry needs.

TARIFF

Prices are per person per night for Bed & Breakfast and are for a minimum two night stay. We regret that we do not offer single night stays.  We are open for 10 months - February to November.

BOOKING POLICY - 30% DEPOSIT on receipt of which the booking is confirmed in writing.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposits are refundable with a clear one week notice.

MID STAY CANCELLATION - Except in unavoidable circumstances a cancellation fee of one nights stay will be made for a mid stay cancellation.
